Thursday, my friends and I ventured into NYC for a pub crawl through Chelsea. The pub crawl was super lame so we ended up creating our own and hitting up some really awesome places like Wicked Willy's and Thunder Jackson's. It turned out to be a really great time.
Saturday, I began my journey to Brooklyn to see some of my Ithahomies for Raqueasy's birthday! As if I didn't miss Ithaca enough, hanging out with my crew is always perfect, but I am always left wanting more. They are just such a wonderful group of people and I love them dearly.
We hungout on the roof, played some games, enjoyed cake and then went to a number of bars in the Bushwick area. It was cool seeing another part of NYC other than midtown. Totally hipster, but I dug it.
'Twas a wonderful weekend spent with lots of people I love. This Wednesday I'm headed back to the UK! My mom, aunt Siena and cousin Caitlin are going to visit the one and only Courtney as she experiences Limerick, Ireland for the semester. I get to spend my birthday there and then we're even going to London for a few days! I cannot WAIT. I've been talking about it since last Christmas and now it's only 2 days away. Excited is certainly an understatement.
I have a lot to do before then so fingers crossed I can get ready in time! haha
